What you choose to provide
The NCS Project Concierge asks about the type of project, the business challenge, the desired outcome, existing tools, intended users, estimated budget, and timeline. It also asks for a name and email address and provides optional fields for organization and phone number.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal records, medical information, or other confidential material that is unnecessary for an initial business inquiry.
What happens before you send
The NCS Project Concierge assembles your answers in your browser. Your responses are not automatically transmitted as you progress. At the final step, you can review your brief and decide whether to submit it to NCS.
No account registration is required. You can also copy your brief for your own records. Copying a brief does not contact NCS.
What happens when you choose to share
If secure delivery is available and you explicitly submit, the NCS Project Concierge sends the reviewed project details to NCS's separate intake service for processing and delivery to an internal business inbox. The delivery service uses Gmail infrastructure, so inquiry information may be processed by that email provider.
If direct submission is unavailable, the Project Concierge tells you that nothing has been sent and lets you retain or copy your brief. No alternative public email address or direct-send link is offered on this site.
How inquiry information is used
Inquiry details are intended to help NCS evaluate the project, respond to you, clarify requirements, and manage related business correspondence. Sending a project brief is not a commitment to a contract or a paid service. The initial contact experience does not process payments.
Website infrastructure
This website uses a hosting provider to serve pages and may involve routine technical request information handled by that provider. It also loads web fonts from Google. When a brief is submitted, the NCS intake service and Gmail may process relevant contact and communication data under their respective terms and policies.
Questions, changes, and removal requests
To ask about an inquiry you submitted, or request correction or deletion of information in NCS records where feasible, use the NCS Project Concierge and describe your request. If secure delivery is unavailable, the site will state that it cannot accept the request at that time. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons, and email providers may maintain their own retention or backup practices.
